Blaser Blasogrind HC10

High performance grinding oil based on synthetic oil. This is a neat oil.
 
Application:
Operations: tool-grinding, tool-regrinding. Other grinding operations after recommendation of our grinding specialists.
Materials: tungsten carbide, high speed steel (HSS) and cermet (under our recommendation it can be also used for other materials).
 
Due to being hydrocracked it has higher flash point and reduced emissions compared to mineral oils and Good machine compatibility. It has excellent removing performances which allows for better surface quality and higher grinding wheel life. Its low viscosity brings the benefit of good wetting and good rinsing. As it is cobalt deactived this makes it Specially suitable for grinding of tungsten carbide without cobalt leaching.
It is colourless wich means optically clean machines and good process visibility.
