Cutting fluid based on ester oil for flooded applications and for minimal quantity lubrication.
 
Application:
Operations: Gear machining (hobbing, milling, shaping, skiving, broaching, (Cold) sawing, milling, turning, reaming and threading
Materials: Case- and through hardening steel, steel alloys, titanium, titanium alloys, aluminium, aluminium alloys and copper alloys.
 
This product has highest flash point which means no smoke even under hard cutting conditions. As it is ester oil based and free of chlorine and sulphur heavy metals, it has the benefits of renewable raw material, good skin compatibility, and biodegradeability. Reduced emission property means clean workplace. Its good lubrication properties allow for good surface quality and increased tool life.
